As a Direct Primary Care practice, our doctors manage patient panels of just a few hundred. Traditional family practice docs routinely see over 2000 patients! This means we can better provide high-quality, individualized care to each and every patient. Here are some of the things you'll have access to as a member.
We offer high-quality healthcare to all age groups. Whether it is staying on top of vaccinations, conducting an annual physical, reviewing your medication, or putting a chronic disease management plan in place, we will work with you. We want you to be involved and comfortable at every step of the way.
Need a visit? We can almost always see you in person either the same day or the next day for no extra charge. Need to speak to us? We can communicate with you securely via video conferencing, phone, text message, or email, wherever you are in the world.
Our appointment times are not limited to 15 minutes like traditional insurance-based practices. They are usually around 30 minutes but can be a lot longer. Whatever is needed to get you taken care of. Good healthcare takes time. You should never feel rushed.
For example, minor suturing, cryotherapy, and skin biopsy are all included in your membership fee. If there is an extra charge for a service, you will know exactly what it is before proceeding. There are special labs and procedures that may require an additional fee. Our members receive a discounted price for these special labs and procedures.
If you require a consultant for specialty medical care, we will work closely with that specialist.
We dispense medications in-house, so we're offering medications to you at wholesale prices. For nearly all medications, the price we offer is cheaper than your co-pay at a pharmacy. If you take chronic medications, the savings on medication might be greater than your entire membership fee.
We've negotiated great deals with national labs to get your tests done on the cheap. You'll be able to get your annual bloodwork done for less than $30.
You'll be blown away by the prices we've negotiated for radiology services. We're talking $600 for an MRI. The average cost in the insurance world is $2600.
